Licensee’s payment of the License Fee shall serve as Licensee’s signature and acceptance of the terms and conditions of the attached exclusive License Agreement.

Key terms of license are as below:

• Provision of .wav file and stems;

• Permission to use beat for music recording;

• A worldwide, exclusive, non-transferable license;

• Make the New Song available for sale in physical and/or digital form;

• Use the New Song for promotional purposes, including but not limited to single releases, mixtapes, and music compilations;

• Perform the New Song publicly.

• Synchronise the New Song

• Broadcast the audiovisual work on any television network and/or upload it to the internet for digital streaming and/or free download by the public.

• Play the New Song on terrestrial or satellite radio stations.

• 50/50 publishing split between artist and producer.
